In 2020, DIM SUM LAB sprang to life, filling a void in London's 'grab and go' scene for delightful Chinese dim sum. Created by our culinary entrepreneur Andrew Hung, the founder and creative director behind JM Oriental, our vibrant menu celebrates the flavours of Cantonese and Hakka traditions, showcasing delectable dim sum, bao, and dumplings that are sure to delight discerning food lovers.
